Data Deletion

• Email amangeldibekaidar00@gmail.com from the email address connected to your BrightSAT account.
• Use the subject line: BrightSAT data deletion request.
• Include the account email and whether you want the full account deleted or only specific practice records reviewed.

A full deletion request is intended to remove or anonymize account profile data, practice attempts, answer history, highlights, vocabulary progress, generated summaries, and similar learner records from active BrightSAT systems.

We may retain records required for payment, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or backup integrity. Backup copies may persist temporarily until they expire through normal backup rotation.

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security review, or account verification.
